Let’s start off 2022 with a recap of the 2021 market stats. We’re looking at median sales prices and cumulative days on market in Bigfork, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and Flathead County as a whole.
To wrap up the year we’ll also cover multi-family, commercial, and land sales across the valley. As for the client whose story we’ve been following, we have a fantastic update!
