Well hello folks!
This is Austin Baumgarten with Keller Williams Realty Northwest Montana and Hidden Homes Montana coming to you on vlog day.
I’ve been working with a ton of out of state clients recently, and the usual dream property in northwest montana comes out a little bit like this. “I would like a three bedroom, two bathroom, single level home on about 5 acres, close to town but not too close, tucked in the woods but with mountain views and possibly some sort of water nearby.” This sounds quite like a hidden home to me! Definitely the dream in northwest montana. In this market this dream is sometimes a little harder to obtain but some parts are achievable with the right agent.
In this next series we’re going to discuss properties outside of city limits and the due diligence, knowledge, and resources you need to know before purchasing a home without public utilities.

And, as always, we have some fun things going on in the valley this weekend. Tonight is Smarty Pants Trivia Night at Waters Edge Winery & Bistro. On Friday night there’s live music at The Boat Club featuring Halladay Quist. And we’re already looking forward to the Snow Bus Brewfest at the Whitefish Mountain Resort Village where over 20 regional brewers come together to support free public transit. This annual event takes place on Saturday, April 2nd. We’ll see you there!
