Hello and Welcome!
There’s a multitude of ways to go about obtaining a home loan and a variety of financial organizations out there to choose from. Let’s chat pros and cons of the three principal lending institutions that I have personal experience interacting with: banks, credit unions, and mortgage brokers. And to keep abreast of the current market stats we’re going over the number of active properties on the market including all residential, commercial, multi-family, investment, and land listings.
This January is bringing us some great live music, the Brash Winter Rodeo Series, the Flathead’s largest indoor RV show, and all of the snow you could ask for. It’s a winter wonderland out there, go ski the Big!
