This week brings us a brief market summary on Kalispell’s coveted east side neighborhood. Spoiler Alert – there are only 3 homes active on the market! The Conrad Mansion sits on one full city block in this beautiful, historic neighborhood. Built in 1895 and later donated to the city of Kalispell, the Conrad Mansion currently operates as a museum and is a perfectly spooky and intriguing backdrop for a Ghost Tour. Go check it out, and make sure you keep an eye on those dolls! Along with a few other fun events coming up, we have a Trunk or Treat fundraiser on Friday evening in the Keller Williams parking lot. This is a family friendly event suitable for all ages. Bring your friends and a pair of mittens or socks to donate to The Warming Center. I’ll see you there!
