Well hello folks!
This is Austin Baumgarten with Keller Williams Realty Northwest Montana and Hidden Homes Montana coming to you on vlog day.
It’s market report time, and I want to give you an update on the kick off to listing season, which usually gets rolling March 1st. At the very beginning of March 2022 we only had 46 active listings in Flathead County. As of today we’re sitting at 236 active listings in Flathead County. As you can see, the difference between this month and last month is pretty dramatic when it comes to listing numbers.
Now let’s look at some fun events coming up around the Flathead. Today, and every Thursday, from 3 to 8 pm is Teacher Appreciation Happy Hour at Bias Brewing in Kalispell. Then on Friday, get out under the full moon for the Park After Dark Hike at Wayfarers down in Bigfork. And on Saturday Plant Land is hosting a Farm-To-Table Spring Dinner. What a neat location for a 4 course meal!
