Enjoy our first video featuring the Martin City Barstool Races. Now I don’t know if any of you have had the pleasure of attending the Barstool Races up in Martin City yet, but we went on up to support and learn a little about the history behind this zany – yet very Montana! – event. Apparently 43 years ago some regulars drinking at the bar were challenged by an annoyed spouse to do something more athletic than just sitting on barstools drinking all day. So the gents said “hold my beer!” and attached some skis to the bottoms of those barstools and took to racing them down the street! I’d say that’s a challenge well accepted and hilariously executed!!
