How can you, as a buyer, position yourself to be ready to put in an offer in the coming months? On the flip side, as a seller what should be on your to do list now in preparation for listing your home or property? A little strategic planning can go a long way!
Wintertime comes with winter storms which can throw a bit of a wrench into our photography and videography scheduling (you know what they say about the best laid plans of mice and men!) so let’s also talk about when not all things go to plan. We had a great opportunity to modify our tactics and get creative in showcasing a recent listing, check it out!
January is still winter rodeo month and the Brash Rodeo Series is going on at the Majestic Valley Arena. We also have the Flathead’s largest indoor RV show coming up at the Flathead County Fairgrounds, and John Dunnigan playing some sweet tunes at the Boat Club up in Whitefish. Enjoy!
