Hello and Welcome!
This holiday season has brought some changes to our local market. Let’s chat about why, and what it might mean for you. We also have an update on a client of ours and the journey we’ve been on to try and get him ready to sell one home to buy another. When do we list? Does he pay cash or get a loan? This final weekend before Christmas is full of holiday fun. The Conrad Mansion is hosting Christmas Tours to give folks a chance to experience a Victorian Christmas. The Glacier Skate Academy is performing their Christmas On Ice Holiday Show up in Whitefish, sounds fun! And the Glacier Symphony is performing some Holiday Classics and Festive Brass. And don’t forget about all of the beautiful Christmas lights! I’m off to drive around and check them out. ‘Tis the season, after all!
