Well folks, it’s time to wrap up our rural homeownership series with a couple quick snippets about zoning and covenants. You might not be able to choose your neighbors, but with the proper education of what zoning allows and doing your due diligence on the covenants attached to a deed you are, likely to find the perfect property in Northwest Montana. This is when choosing an agent that’s well versed in local zoning and willing to take the time to read through the endless pages of property covenants to make sure that their clients are taken care of and there are no surprises.
Speaking of surprises, the Hidden Homes Team has one in store for you! This Sunday from noon to 3 o’clock the Hidden Homes Team will be hosting three separate Open Houses in Kalispell. Since Ryan, Holly, and I will each be at a separate location, we’ve decided to make it a game! Here’s how it’s going to go. Go and check out each of our Open Houses and collect a business card, and some snacks, from each location. After you collect a business card from 2 of us, show them to the agent at the third location and you will get a prize! You’ll also get entered into a drawing to win a schwag bag and 2 tickets to a Glacier Range Riders baseball game this summer!
Looking for something to do this weekend beyond winning some sweet baseball tickets? On Friday morning at Woodland Park is the Kalispell Arbor Day Celebration. And then Friday evening in Whitefish Rent: School Edition is being performed by the Alpine Theatre Project Kids. On Saturday at the Women’s Firearm Academy is a class called How to Carry and Draw Your Gun. Wrap up your weekend with a Hidden Homes Open House tour (and those new baseball tickets) and then head up to the LGBTQ+ Climb Night at Rockfish Climbing & Fitness. All ages and abilities welcome.
